Cake Rings
Cake rings, tart rings and pastry rings provide the simplest and most effective method for preparing tarts and quiches. When unmoulded, flans and quiches are easier to cut and look better presented in this way. The side wall can also be higher than the sides of the mould, allowing space for any decorative fluting. Cake rings are designed to be used with baking trays and sheets.
