Utilising modern heat recovery technology, expelled energy from this large Winterhalter Utensil Washer is channelled back into the cooling system resulting in energy efficient performance with the added benefit of a cooler work environment thanks to reduced heat loss. With a enlarged washing chamber this commercial warewasher can also hold numerous pieces of kitchenware such as blender attachments and gastronorm pans. Using an ingenious washing system the machine regularly reverses its wash cycle between the top and bottom of the compartment to ensure each product is kept to a consistently high standard of hygiene.
This utensil washer delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won't be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial utensil washer is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing - ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
