This fridge is specifically designed to use standard bakery sheets, so is not supplied with shelves as standard.

How many patisserie trays can fit in this counter fridge?

Each door has runners for up to seven 600x400mm trays - that's up to 21 trays worth of storage in total.

Is the counter GN compatible?

No - this fridge is designed for baker's/patisserie trays only. Whilst not directly GN compatible, pans can be positioned on top of bakery trays inside the fridge if required. Vogue cooling racks (M930) fit well and can be used as shelves.

Can you fit servery toppers on this counter?

Yes - see the accessories tab below. You can greatly expand the flexibility of the counter by securly fitting a prep topper on the top ledge. This provides rapid access to ingredients to boost pizza production.
