Designed for everyday professional performance, the griddle benefits from a 10mm thick polished cooking plate. Not only is the cooking surface easy to clean, its thickness also ensures reduced recovery times - allowing you to cook more without having to wait as long for the cooking surface to get back up to the right temperature - perfect for keeping queues down.

Operation couldn't be easier - simply select a temperature and click the simple Piezo ignition button to light. During cooking, any excess fat or grease can be channeled into the removable drainage drawer.

Available in both LPG and natural gas versions.
