The Olympia oval sizzler is comprised of three parts. The main 280mm dish made from an immensely strong cast iron which is non-stick when seasoned. The durable construction not only makes the dish incredibly long-lasting - it's also perfect for cooking directly in the sizzler. With its raised edges, juices or sauces are kept within the dish, whilst the recessed wooden stand helps keep the sizzler in place - ideal when transporting the sizzler to a table.
To finish, the sizzler also includes a cast iron grabbing tool - the perfect solution for securely transferring the sizzler from the heat to the stand. This also prevents the potential spillage caused by trying to move the searing-hot dish with a tea towel or oven glove.
