Temperature for both the infra red quartz lamp and internal heat mats are individually controlled from a control panel on the operator's side, allowing you to tailor the heat to the style of food presented, be it baked beans, chips or fresh meat. The gantry housing the heat lamps also holds a set of integrated sneeze screens to protect your products, which can be tilted forwards for easy access when cleaning. Designed to complement other Kubus drop in displays, this deli would be ideal in large scale buffet-style food outlets where the food selection is expected to be extensive and regularly resupplied.
