Make delicious fried food with this 5-litre electric fryer from HOST. Suitable for use in both domestic and commercial environments, this single tank fryer delivers high-volume, high-quality fried food.

With a simple dial control, the fryer is easy to operate and comes with a frying basket and lid. A power and heat indicator light let you know when the fryer is ready to use (it can reach 200°C, if required) and there is a thermal reset switch for additional safety. The fryer also includes a handy batter plate that protects the element from knocks and prevents food sediment from burning onto it, extending the lifespan of the oil and as result saving you money.

When your fried food is ready, the basket can be positioned above the oil for it to drain and be ready for service. The high-performance element can also be hinged upwards and the tank can then be easily removed for thorough cleaning.
