Ideal for producing regular batches of fried food, this single tank fryer from HOST has a temperature range of 130°C to 190°C and a generous capacity of 5 litres. It comes with a strong basket with ergonomic heat-resistant handle, along with top-mounted manual temperature control for effortless operation and a clear power indicator that allows you to see from a distance that the fryer is on.
Constructed from stainless steel, this 3kW countertop fryer is robust and reliable, and is simple to disassemble for cleaning. Non-slip feet and side carrying handles ensure user safety and make the fryer easy to move around the kitchen, while V-shaped oil pans and taps allow quick drainage and keeps mess to a minimum.
To help prolong the life of the fryer, there is a safety cut-out feature which prevents the oil from burning and two lids to keep a hygienic environment and help prevent oil contamination.
