Heating up rapidly from 100°C to 300°C, the grill allows you to fulfil multiple orders simultaneously, increasing the number of customers you can serve during service time. The flat plates not only ensure the food you are presenting is perfectly cooked but are also highly practical due to the cast iron retaining heat for longer so orders can be fulfilled quicker.
This durable grill is constructed from strong 430 stainless steel and tough cast iron, making it ideal for everyday busy professional environments. Its large cooking area works great as a panini press or toastie machine as well as being suitable for countless other foods.
The HOST extra-large contact grill is user friendly and safe to use thanks to a stay-cool handle and the simple temperature control dial. For easy clean up, it comes with a removable grease collection tray.
