The griddle features a single dial temperature control that accurately regulates the temperature across the plate between 100-300°C. This allows you to operate the griddle with ease, whilst making it perfect for achieving high-quality cooking results.
Made primarily from strong stainless steel, the HOST griddle is both hardwearing and easy to clean - ideal for fast-paced venues that require long-lasting equipment. And thanks to the built-in removable drip tray, the griddle keeps food debris and grease away from your food as it cooks. The griddle also features side splashguards that help to reduce the risk of oil and fat getting onto your worktop.
