An integral water evaporator removes the requirement of site drainage, and aspects including removable deck plates and lockable castors have been implemented to lessen the strain on you and your staff during maintenance tasks. Kinder to both your monthly budget and the environment, the patisserie operates on hydrocarbon refrigerant that is supplied through a condenser house underneath the lighted gantry. Customise your merchandising display through point of sale labelling on each shelf, and restocking is made easy even during busy periods thanks to the fitted rear door.
