Each layer of this display supplies a different set of gastronorm pans to accommodate items of varying sizes, all of which are illuminated by diffused lighting beneath the top and middle shelves. A toughened glass shelf fixed to the gantry area allows for extra merchandising space should you wish to broadcast seasonal offers, special menus or other related items.
