The reliable Buffalo bistro contact grill combines a tough stainless-steel build with ribbed enamelled cast iron plates for long-term use and exceptional grilling results. The Buffalo heavy duty grill plates are perfect for everyday commercial use and are the ideal non-stick cooking surface - there's no seasoning required. Thanks to the ribbed design of the plates, food is cooked with branding lines, giving a premium just-grilled look. The ribbed plates also help to channel grease away from the food into the drip tray - perfect for reducing the grease in food and keeping the plates ready to cook the next item.
Supplied with a removable grease tray for simple cleaning. Responsive manual controls are front facing so the plates can be independently controlled for rapid heat-up when needed.
